Great article and tips. I need to get bentonite clay again

One thing I used to use daily last year.
Didnít replace it
On my list.
 Have been using colloidal silver need to stock up.

This cold/ flu got rid of it.
No antibiotics.

And got it again.

Our weather has been all over the place.

Minus 36 to minus 4 up and down.

I told people we will have. A wicked winter

And guess what. We are!!!!

it has been a very tough winter indeed for Toronto.

ACV with baking soda mix it and add water
Is good every morning

Could be why I caught the cold. Ran out of ACV

Great article General.

1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tsp Acv
Stir till fizzing stops

Then add water and drink it.

Helps with gut flora.

Nuts ...in 2017 I increased the nuts intuitively.

Today, I find I need to have a serving daily.

One thing though, eating too much
Can increase body weight.
Itís ok if you are more active.

My activity has increased exponentially last few months.

Therefore, what I eat is important

My body is getting stronger each day

Optimum health
Looking my best.

Exercise
Keeping active is certainly a great key!

I agree with this article.
One thing they didnít really mention.
We need to exercise the mind and body.
It helps keep dementia at bay.

Learning something.
I have recommended to my clients.

Try writing with your non dominant hand.
It doesnít matter what it looks like.
Try to write out a sentence.
No matter how frustrating.

Your mind works differently
You can actually feel a sensation as you
Work at writing ....

Itís somethung I do, when I get comfortable.

Itís like exercise.
You achieve your goals and you push yourself harder.

Like walking for instance.
First I started 20 minutes
Increased it to an hour
Then added steep hills

Then increased the steps from 10,000 steps
To 15,000

It just an extra push
Your body, mind and spirit will thank you.

Stretching is imperative.
