When doing the poses if you find your body shaking. It's just an indication that your body is getting stronger. Commit to yourself as little as twenty minutes a day.

Tightens the core and then do variations

Start with 15 seconds 3 sets

Work your way up to 60 seconds
Tighten your core breath out through the mouth and in through the nose

Take your time.
Play music you love to listen to... It helps you concentrate on your breath and the beat of the music

Start slow

Some experts say that your body burns extra calories as it works to raise the temperature of icy water to your internal body temperature, although others disagree.

Turning up the heat on your meals may do more than just add fun flavor. “Hot” foods, such as jalapeños, chili peppers and spices (like curry and cayenne), may increase body temperature.

Thanks for those who started and contributed to this thread.   I've been sick a lot this year.  Two separate bouts of bronchitis in January and early March.  And just when I had recovered from that and was near 100% strength, I got knocked down by some kind of flu the last couple of weeks.  I feel better now, but really, I'm tired of being sick.  I think I need to move to either a colder or warmer climate, eat and rest better.  It used to be years between any serious illness for me.  But now it's tough when one has school age kids that are bringing every contagion home from contact.  Can't avoid the kids.

I missed all the tennis after the beginning of Monte Carlo till now.  :(

This website is a treasure I am so excited to be here. Fitness is an important element in our daily life. We prep our food and we are at the gym 6 days a week hands down.

We learnt to meditate in Middle School R.E. classes as a break from Bible lessons. We mainly did visualisation techniques but sometimes had to draw what we saw afterwards. After my Gran died when I was in High School I got headaches & migraines for 10 months which I later found were caused by worrying too much & getting too upset. Painkillers didn't work. They put me on Sanomigran to take everyday to prevent them. All it did was make me sleep. Peppermint tea & meditation worked a lot better.

We learnt to meditate in Middle School R.E. classes as a break from Bible lessons. We mainly did visualisation techniques but sometimes had to draw what we saw afterwards. After my Gran died when I was in High School I got headaches & migraines for 10 months which I later found were caused by worrying too much & getting too upset. Painkillers didn't work. They put me on Sanomigran to take everyday to prevent them. All it did was make me sleep. Peppermint tea & meditation worked a lot better.

The benefits of doing squats helps with not only building the core, but also helps improve balance. I've done this challah get and have found that it is a wonderful way to lift the bum, build up the thighs and decreases weight quickly. Try it and see for yourself how well it works.

Thank you very much for the list of foods. I do use all of thoseplus I don't eat pork. Which if over cooked can turn it carcinogenic and it produces toxins in the human  body that causes nerve damage over time. I eat a lot of fruits and veges and workout daily. Health & happiness are the most important things in the world. 1st you need to be healthy, then you need to be happy because if you're not happy you can make stupid choices which endanger your health + stress is a bigger cause of heart disease than smoking, drinking & eating junk. Stress can also cause lots of other health conditions. So you need to be both happy & healthy.

Dealing with guardians can be difficult sometimes, but I have learned to see things from their point of view. With all that being said. I have a client with a flat feet and an ankle deformity and his brother sent this link to me. It is very interesting how things get missed when doctors are only looking for the quick buck.
